Original idea to start practising yoga was to practise a healthy habit and feel good about myself. After nearly 4 years, I realise that it is become a lifestyle, a habit.

A habit, I sincerely believe all of us should cultivate very early in life. With advancement in medicine and at the same time, increase in the number of diseases, many of us are bound to live longer and unhealthier. A regular practise of Yoga, I believe is one of the few things which can convert the unhealthy to healthy
